Ignis operates a Hybrid Inventory Model to give you the perfect balance of local speed and global variety.
1. Local Stock (South Africa) 🇿🇦 Items labeled as "Local Stock" are ready to ship from our JHB or KZN warehouses.
- Delivery Time: 2 – 5 Business Days.
- Best For: Essentials and upgrades you need right now.
2. Global Imports (International) Specialized gear is sourced directly from our global partners and brought into South Africa for you.
- Delivery Time: 10 – 24 Business Days.
- Best For: Exclusive tech and specialized electronics at better prices.
Note: If your order contains both Local and Global items, we will split the shipment. You’ll get your local gear first—at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Costs
We keep it simple for our South African customers. Whether you’re in a city center or a rural plot, our rates are flat.
- Orders of R500 or more: FREE Delivery
- Orders under R500: R99.00 flat rate nationwide.

Tracking Your Order
No guessing games. As soon as your order is scanned out of the warehouse, we will email you a tracking link and Waybill Number. You can monitor your parcel’s journey from our door to yours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay Customs/VAT? No. The price you see at checkout is final. We handle all import duties and VAT for you.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? No. Because we ship high-value electronics, we require a physical address and a signature to ensure your gear arrives safely.
