📍 Where is my order coming from?
Ignis operates a Hybrid Inventory Model. This means we source products from two main locations to give you the best mix of speed and variety.
1. Local Stock (South Africa) 🇿🇦
Items marked as "Local Stock" are stored in our JHB or KZN warehouses.

Delivery Time: 2 – 5 Business Days.

Best For: Essentials, fast upgrades, and gifts you need now.
2. Global Imports (Hong Kong/International) 🌏
Items marked as "Global Import" or "Shipped from International Warehouse" are sourced directly from our overseas partners.

Delivery Time: 10 – 24 Business Days.

Best For: Exclusive tech, new releases not yet in SA, and specialized electronics at better prices.
Note: If you order a mix of Local and Global items, your order will be split. You will receive your local items first, and your international items later. You will not be charged extra for this!

For International Customers:

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

We use trusted door-to-door couriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay Customs?

In South Africa: No. The price you see is the price you pay.

International (USA/EU/Etc): Possibly. International orders are shipped "DDU" (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning you may be responsible for local import taxes upon arrival.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? No. We require a signature upon delivery to ensure your high-value electronics don't go missing. Please use a physical home or office address.
